TUBU ARGE Anonim Şirketi (“TUBU”, “We”, or “Our Company”) respects the privacy of users of the Lokma: AI Calorie Counter & Nutrition Tracker mobile application (“Application”).

1. Personal Data Collected

  • Account Credentials: Email address used during registration.
  • Health Profile: Age, gender, height, weight, and diet goals.
  • Food Logs & Photos: Images of food you upload for analysis and your daily nutrition logs.
  • In-App Purchases: Premium membership billing handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Calculate your personalized daily calorie requirements,
  • Analyze food photos to estimate portion sizes and macro nutrients,
  • Track your weight progress over time.

3. Data Protection

Your diet profile and uploaded photos are stored in secure cloud systems (AWS Frankfurt). We use these photos strictly to improve our AI food recognition models and do not share your health metrics or eating habits with third-party advertising networks.

4. Deletion & Contact

Delete your account and all associated food logs at any time via the Profile -> Delete Account section in the app or by submitting a request at https://lokma.tubu.io/hesap-sil.
